Weekly Fees

Weekly Fee from 1st Feb 04 is £186.

Extras are - (Monthly)
Shoeing £34 (Racing Plates £36)
Worming £8
Vitamin - Mineral supplement £11.50
Racing Expenses - Transport 60p per mile, Lad Expenses - As laid down by NTF guidelines
Trainer £20 per day
Vet Fees / Physio (as required)
*PLUS FACTOR There are no extra charges for use of the facilities i.e. Swimming Pool & Cantering Facilities etc.

All Inclusive

Having been asked for an all inclusive fee, so that all charges are included we have an all inclusive price of £270 per month per quarter share including -
*PLUS FACTOR
All Fees (Shoeing / Minerals / Worming / Small vets Fees / All Racing Expenses / Transport)
The only addition we ASK is if the horse has intense Veterinary Treatment (i.e. Anaesthetic), that the owner would contribute that costs.

Other Options

Wold House have owners that have interests / shares in horses who provide a small % shares in their horses. This is proving to be very popular.

Sales Commission

The is a 5% commission on all horses sold out of Wold House, private or public.
